Rest Day

    Me old PR 300
    355-375(F)-355-355-355-355(F)-345 (new PR 345) going for 395 next time
    McCormack old PR 300 today he tried to outdo me, but didn't get it, think he smoked himself a little too much doing it too

  2. Also, couple of crossfit/zone success stories

    Me-initial weigh in 189 x3 wks mostly zone/strictly followed crossfit lost 16 lb down to 173, now back up to 179 and was plateaued (sp?) at 276 PT score for years now 312

    McCormack-initial weight unknown, little zone, regular PT crossfit, x2 weeks after work crossfit +1in neck, -1in waist current weight (none yet)

    Hughes-initial weight 225 was overweight little zone, regular PT crossfit, x1 week after work crossfit, new weigh in 182

    Also, HQ/510th initial PT average 248-after 3 months of well executed (in my opinion) crossfit 274 What???!!! You can't tell me it doesn't work. Wish we could TRULY get the rest of the company on board, most of them just don't get it though.
