  1. I noticed your parallette bars in the background of the picture. My school in Vero Beach, FL, is looking for ideas for equipment like this and pull-bars to train its student-athletes. Do you have full pictures or the basic plans for what you constructed? If so I would be greatly appreciative.

  2. 30 muscle ups for time. Not quite there yet. Did 120 pullups, 120 dips partitioned as necessary.
