Monday 4 May 1700-1730ish Filthy Fifty (between 10021 and 10022). Tues 5 May 1700-1730ish Michael x3 Run 800m, 50 back extensions, 50 situps (BN quad). Wed-rest day thank god. Thursday-21-15-9 squat snatch, chest to bar pullups(x-fit gym). Friday-x5 sdhp 21 reps, 21 ring dips(x-fit gym). Sat-Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 (x-fit gym). Sun-rest. Also, we will be taking next week off (my joints need it anyways)
