There was a workout from "back in the day" that was based off of fight gone bad. It involved wall balls, crab walk, and I want to say sit ups and burpees. Very light equipment requirement but a smoker for sure. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I want to say CPT Corken made it up, if he's still around.
