WARM UP:
4x400 m
1:1 rest

STRENGTH:
A. 3x3 Snatch Balance:
 1 Snatch DL pull + 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch (keep grip throughout balance)

B. Back Squat:
 3x7 (65% 1 RM then increase weight)

C. EMOM for 10 min:
 1 Snatch DL Pull + 1 Snatch (85% 1RM)
