  1. Gone for a few days so did Monday's WOD then last Thursday's WOD to make up a bit..

    Haven't done SDLHPs much so I treated it like a metcon with low weight and sets of push-ups and squats inbetween.

    Last Thursday: Subbed 400m rows for the runs -> 22 minutes. DUs have improved but I was moving pretty slow by the end of the day.
